For the Deploy Pulse Jersey, you can choose to add:

Our design team has tested hundreds of font styles, placements and print settings to ensure the perfect result every time. Because of this:
- Text size and positions are fixed for optimal print quality.

Can I add a logo to This Jersey?
Yes!
Your club logo will be included at no extra cost. Please ensure your clubs logo is provided in a high resolution file such as: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF or PNG.
Can I make this jersey in my clubs colours?
Yes!
This jersey is custom sublimated. Meaning they can be printed in any pantone colour.

Colour Matching Note
While Deploy takes great pride in our industry-leading colour matching, we are also honest and realistic. We won’t guarantee a 100% perfect match every time, and here’s why:
Too often, we’ve seen clubs supplied colours from previous manufacturers that don’t actually align with official colour specs, even if they were labelled otherwise. This can create misleading expectations.
That said, our design and production teams use Pantone® references, calibrated print tests and fabric-specific adjustments to ensure your final garments match your intended colours as closely and consistently as possible.
Can you recreate our clubs current design?
Technically, yes, but in most cases, we don’t recommend it.
At Deploy, we’re committed to doing things the right way, both legally and creatively. Here’s why:
1. Copyright & Trademark Laws
If your current jersey design contains artwork or graphics your club does not legally own, we are unable to replicate it. Reproducing copyrighted designs without permission breaches intellectual property laws, and we won’t put your club or ours at risk.
2. You’ve Chosen Deploy for a Reason

How many design changes are included?
For clubs who choose our custom design service. You’ll be invited to a 1-on-1 online design session with our team, where we’ll:
- Ask about your design concepts.
- Ask for any design inspiration.
- Talk through all of your options.
From here, our team will create a couple of design concepts that meet your requirements.
Once completed, you will be given Three (3) design revision windows.
The aim is to help you get your designs sorted as quickly as possible without placing any more stress on your volunteer time.
What is the fee to add sponsors logos?
Sponsor logos are an important part of your teamwear, but they can also be one of the biggest causes of design & production delays, especially when logos are low quality, poorly formatted, or changed multiple times.
To streamline the process and maintain our high production standards, Deploy applies a flat fee of $25 per sponsor logo for:
- Adding new logos
- editing logos
- replacing logos
For efficiency, ensure your sponsor provides a print-ready, high-resolution file (AI, EPS, PDF or PNG) that’s already scaled, placed, and integrated to match your design.
What are the small order fees?
For your club’s initial bulk order, your Deploy Account Manager will work closely with you to make the process seamless, stress-free and free of charge.
To maintain the same level of quality and service on smaller follow-up orders, a small order fee of $5 per unit applies for any order under 30 units, per product.
Are fees waived if I order through my club store?
Yes! One of the biggest perks of partnering with Deploy is your access to a dedicated online club store.
Once your initial teamwear order is complete, we’ll load all your approved products into a live, always-on ordering portal, so players, parents, and committee members can purchase what they need anytime, hassle-free.
No small order fees apply when ordering through your club’s store.
It’s the fastest, easiest and most efficient way to top up gear.

What is the Club Match Fabric?
Deploys Club Match fabric is perfect for standard community football. Using a lightweight interlock sports polyester, it features moisture wicking properties and is 140 GSM. The fabric is a 100% polyester with moisture wicking.
What is the elite match fabric?
Deploys Elite Match level fabric is ideal for higher levels of play where performance matters. Also using an interlock sports polyester, featuring anti bacterial and anti microbial particles as well as moisture wicking, this helps reduce sweat uptake and heat control. The elite fabric is 145 GSM. The fabric is a 100% Polyester Interlock with moisture wicking.

To find the right fit, use the measurements listed and try to compare with a shirt that you already own. Please note, all of the measurements listed are the measurements of the actual garment, not your body.
The chest measurement is measured directly under the arm pits from one seam to the other.
The height is measured from the top of the shoulder, to the bottom of the shirt.
Allow a 2cm tolerance on the final product of all garments.

How do i place an order?
Ordering with Deploy is easy and efficient. Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Gather Your Information
Before we begin, gather the essentials:
- A list of all of the products you require
- Your preferred design option (templates or custom)
- All Sponsor/Club logos (in high resolution)
- Your clubs official pantone colours (if available).
Step 2: Submit Your Brief
Email your complete brief to sales@deploysports.com. The more detail you provide, the faster we can get your club set up.
Step 3: Your Club Store Goes Live
Once designs are approved, we’ll upload all your products to a dedicated club store, ready for your members to start ordering immediately, 24/7.
For Bulk Orders
Need to place a large bulk order? Just ask your Deploy Account Manager for a Bulk Order Form and we’ll take care of the rest.
If I'm not a club can I still order this?
If you're from a School, Academy or Business, you're still eligible to purchase our custom products, so long as your initial order is more than 10 units.
If you're not from a Club, School or Academy, check out Deploys range of retail products in the top menu of our website.
What are the minimum order requirements?
In order for Deploy to create your custom items, and your clubs online store, you would need to commit to at least 10 units for your first order.
All orders after this, there is NO minimum order.
