Australian Shipping

Deploy Football offers both standard and express shipping options via Australia Post and other reputable courier services. You have the ability to upgrade to express shipping at a subsidised rate. We encourage express shipping. 

 

International Shipping

Deploy Football offers both standard and express shipping options via DHL and other reputable courier services. 

 

Estimated Shipping Times

Australia East Coast Express = 1-2 Days

Australia East Coast Standard = 2-5 Days

Australia West Coast Express = 2-3 Days

Australia West Coast Standard = 3-6 Days

Asia Express = 2 - 5 Days

Asia Standard = 5-10 Days

USA = 5-10 Days

Europe = 7-11 Days

 Please note - All of the timelines are estimates only. Deploy Football has no control over postal and courier services should your order delivery time exceed this. Timelines are subject to change. Deploy Football will accept no responsibility for late deliveries.

 

When will my order be shipped?

For all in stock (excludes any custom clothing, or pre ordered items), orders, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours (one business day). 

Purchases made on weekends and on NSW Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.

 For wholesale, trade and club bulk orders. Your sales representative will keep you informed of your delivery estimates. 

 

Dispatch times during sale events:

For large volume sale events such as (but not limited to), Black Friday Sales, Boxing Day Sales & EOFY sales, we aim to dispatch all in stock items (excludes any custom clothing, or pre ordered items) within 5 business days. 

 

Customs Charges

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Deploy Football does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note Deploy Football does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

 

Customs Holds

Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above, please contact your local customs office or shipping courier.
