Q) Can I purchase balls in bulk?

A) You sure can! The more you buy, the more you save! Check out the table listed above for our discounts. Alternatively, if you're a club, school or academy looking to purchase in large quantities, please CLICK HERE.

Q) Do you deliver?

A) Yes we offer shipping globally. We also offer free shipping on all retail purchases over $150. Excludes all wholesale, club bulk and trade orders. 

Q) Where are you located?

A) We are based in Taren Point, Sydney. We do have a showroom where you can come and test your balls before purchasing. 

Q) Do your balls come with a warranty?

A) Yes, Deploy Football offer a 12 month manufacturers warranty on all stitching and bladder retention across all footballs. We will replace your ball with a like quality ball. 

Q) What size football do I need?

A)  In Australia, the below age groups play with:

  • 9s and under = Size 3
  • 10s to 13s = Size 4
  • 14 and older = Size 5

Q) What payment options do you offer?

A)  We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. We also offer After Pay, Zip Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Q) Can I change my order to a different colour or model?

A) Here at Deploy we aim to dispatch all orders the same day they are received. If you need to change your order before we have dispatched it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. if your order has already been dispatched we are unable to make your requested changes. 

Q) What is the status of my order?

A) Once your order has been placed, you'll receive and automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive and automatic tracking link from our shipping partners. Once your order is with our shipping partners, all enquiries should be lodged with the relevant courier. 

Q) My order has been shipped. Can I change or cancel my order?

A) Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once shipped.

Q) How long does your Click and Collect option take?

A) Once your order has been received, we will have your order ready within 2hours for collection. You will be notified once ready for pick up.

Q) How long does delivery take?

A) Orders are despatched from our Warehouse in Sydney, NSW. We aim to process this within 1 working day and once booked out for delivery, your order can take around 2-4 working days with Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Adelaide Metro areas. Perth and Adelaide exception of shipping around 3-5 days working days. This also depends on the Shipping method you choose at checkout! We at Deploy also have no control over any delays caused by our courier partners.

Q) Where do you ship to?

A) We ship globally.

Q) Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A) We can only ship to PO Boxes for smaller items. Unfortunately for big and bulkier items this is not possible.

Q) How do I track my order?

A) We will send you a tracking number and link once order has been booked for despatch.

Q) Do you offer Click & Collect?

A) Yes, we do! Pick up is from Taren Point, Sydney.
