Can I add a logo to The Shorts?
Yes!
Your club logo will be included at no extra cost. Please ensure your clubs logo is provided in a high resolution file such as: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF or PNG.
Can I make the shorts in my clubs colours?
Yes!
The shorts are a custom sublimated. Meaning they can be printed in any pantone colour.

Colour Matching Note
While Deploy takes great pride in our industry-leading colour matching, we are also honest and realistic. We won’t guarantee a 100% perfect match every time, and here’s why:
Too often, we’ve seen clubs supplied colours from previous manufacturers that don’t actually align with official colour specs, even if they were labelled otherwise. This can create misleading expectations.
That said, our design and production teams use Pantone® references, calibrated print tests and fabric-specific adjustments to ensure your final garments match your intended colours as closely and consistently as possible.
Can you recreate our clubs current design?
Technically, yes, but in most cases, we don’t recommend it.
At Deploy, we’re committed to doing things the right way, both legally and creatively. Here’s why:
1. Copyright & Trademark Laws
If your current jersey design contains artwork or graphics your club does not legally own, we are unable to replicate it. Reproducing copyrighted designs without permission breaches intellectual property laws, and we won’t put your club or ours at risk.

How many design changes are included?
For clubs who choose our custom design service. You’ll be invited to a 1-on-1 online design session with our team, where we’ll:
- Ask about your design concepts.
- Ask for any design inspiration.
- Talk through all of your options.
From here, our team will create a couple of design concepts that meet your requirements.
Once completed, you will be given Three (3) design revision windows.
The aim is to help you get your designs sorted as quickly as possible without placing any more stress on your volunteer time.
What is the fee to add sponsors logos?
Sponsor logos are an important part of your teamwear, but they can also be one of the biggest causes of design & production delays, especially when logos are low quality, poorly formatted, or changed multiple times.
To streamline the process and maintain our high production standards, Deploy applies a flat fee of $25 per sponsor logo for:
- Adding new logos
- editing logos
- replacing logos
For efficiency, ensure your sponsor provides a print-ready, high-resolution file (AI, EPS, PDF or PNG) that’s already scaled, placed, and integrated to match your design.
What are the small order fees?
For your club’s initial bulk order, your Deploy Account Manager will work closely with you to make the process seamless, stress-free and free of charge.
To maintain the same level of quality and service on smaller follow-up orders, a small order fee of $5 per unit applies for any order under 30 units, per product.
Are fees waived if I order through my club store?
Yes! One of the biggest perks of partnering with Deploy is your access to a dedicated online club store.
Once your initial teamwear order is complete, we’ll load all your approved products into a live, always-on ordering portal, so players, parents, and committee members can purchase what they need anytime, hassle-free.

To ensure you select the right size when ordering, use the size charts listed in the above tabs.
To find the right fit, use the measurements listed and try to compare with a short that you already own. Please note, all of the measurements listed are the measurements of the actual garment, not your body.
The waist measurement is measured directly around the wait band of the shorts.
The height is measured from the top of the shorts, to the bottom of the shorts.
Allow a 2cm tolerance on the final product of all garments.
