Bulk Ordering FAQs

Q) What are your payment terms?

A) For all bulk orders, we require full payment prior to dispatch. When ordering, you can select "Pay Via Invoice". Deploy will generate an invoice and send this to you.

If you have ordered any pre order footballs, or teamwear, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your order. 

Q) What are the minimum order quantities for bulk pricing?

A) There are no minimums. Once your organisation has been approved for bulk pricing you can order as many or as little as youd like.

Q) Do you charge for delivery on bulk pricing orders?

A) Yes, all orders will have an associated delivery charge unless they are a pick up. An estimated cost is approximately $1 per ball. 

Q) Can you deliver to club houses or grounds?

A) Yes, however its difficult. Couriers tend to make their rounds at random times and unless there is going to be someone at the ground on the day of the delivery, the couriers will generally not leave the products. 

We ask that you liase with our operations team if you require a delivery direct to your grounds. 

Ideally all deliveries are made to a business address as its more cost effective for you. 

Q) The prices on your website arent the same as the prices advertised?

A) All advertised prices are EXCLUDING GST. All prices you see on our website are INCLUDING GST. Annoying, we know. This was the only way we were able to build our wholesale platform on our website.

Q) Do your balls come with a warranty?

A) Yes, Deploy Football offer a 12 month manufacturers warranty on all stitching and bladder retention across all footballs. We will replace your ball with a like quality ball.
