How to Measure

All measurements are of the garment, not your body. For best results, lay a garment you already own flat and measure with a tape.

Chest: Measure straight across under the armpits, from one seam to the other, with the tape horizontal.
Waist: Measure across the narrowest part of the garment, keeping the tape flat and straight.
Hips: Measure across the hem from one side seam to the other.
Length: Measure from the highest shoulder point straight down to the hem.

If you fall between two sizes, choose:

the smaller size for a tighter fit, or
the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Always keep the tape flat for accurate measurements.

Refunds & Exchanges

We take pride in creating your custom product with care and precision. As each item is made specifically for you—whether personalised or not—we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To ensure everything is just right, please double-check all details, including sizes, spelling, and any personalisations, before placing your order. Once submitted, your order goes straight into production and cannot be changed or amended.

While we’d love to assist with every request, Deploy cannot take responsibility for any errors in the information provided in your order. If you have any questions or need help before ordering, our team is here to assist!

Shipping & Manufacture Times

Once the product has been manufactured, we use Australia Post for all deliveries. Select either standard shipping (2-5 days) or express shipping (1-3 days).

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

All custom products take 15 business days to manufacture. There is no option to fast track the manufacture time of any custom products.
