How to personalise your item:

• Type your text into the relevant box. Ensure you only add personalisations that the text box describes.
• Scroll to the final product image to view a live 360° preview. This shows exactly how your item will be printed.

Before you check out:

• Review the 360° preview carefully to confirm everything is correct.
• Click Add to Cart once you're happy with the design.

If you're ordering more than one personalised item, repeat this process for each product.

We take pride in creating your custom product with care and precision. As each item is made specifically for you—whether personalised or not—we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To ensure everything is just right, please double-check all details, including sizes, spelling, and any personalisations, before placing your order. Once submitted, your order goes straight into production and cannot be changed or amended.

Once the product has been manufactured, we use Australia Post for all deliveries. Select either standard shipping (2-5 days) or express shipping (1-3 days).

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

All custom products take 15 business days to manufacture. There is no option to fast track the manufacture time of any custom products.
