Deploy Football 9 Net Challenge - Terms and Conditions

The Deploy Football 9 Net Challenge will be conducted from February through August 2025. This is a skill-based competition open to invited participants from eligible clubs and associations. There will be one competition for Men and one competition for Women.


1. Eligibility

1.1. The Deploy Football 9 Net Challenge ("Challenge") is an invite-only competition. To be eligible, players must be fully registered with a competing club via the host association’s registration platform by February 28, 2025. Any player not registered before this date may be disqualified.

1.2. Players must be registered with a club that is a member of one of the following associations:

  • Sutherland Shire Football Association

  • Eastern Suburbs Football Association

  • Hills Football

  • Macarthur Football Association

  • Football South Coast

  • Nepean Football Association

  • Blacktown & District Soccer Football Association

  • Southern Districts Soccer Football Association

  • Football Canterbury

  • Northern Suburbs Football Association

  • North Coast Football

  • Collegiate Soccer League

  • NNSW Leagues (Newcastle Football, Macquarie Football, Hunter Valley Football)

1.3. All participants must wear their club’s official uniform during the Challenge.


2. Competition Structure

2.1. Each participant is permitted only one attempt at the Challenge on the event day. No practice attempts will be allowed.

2.2. The Challenge format and scoring criteria will be determined and announced by Deploy Football prior to the event.

2.3. Deploy Football will provide a demonstration of the Challenge before the competition begins.

2.4. The Challenge format will remain consistent across all filming and venue locations. Variables such as weather conditions and field conditions will not be considered in the final results.


3. Prizes

3.1. The grand prize for the Men’s Challenge will be a $5,000 AUD store credit at DeployFootball.com.au.

3.2. The grand prize for the Women’s Challenge will be a $5,000 AUD store credit at DeployFootball.com.au.

3.3. Winning clubs will receive a voucher with a unique code. This voucher must be used for online purchases only at retail pricing (RRP) on DeployFootball.com.au.

3.4. A club is eligible to win both the Men’s and Women’s prizes if they have the winning participant in both divisions.

3.5. In the event of a tied score, the prize will be equally distributed among the winning contestants/clubs.

3.6. The winning clubs will be announced after August 2025, once all challenges have been filmed, produced, and publicly released. Deploy Football will not disclose any winning clubs until these events are complete.


4. General Conditions

4.1. All decisions made by Deploy Football, including scoring and winner determination, are final and not subject to appeal.

4.2. Deploy Football reserves the right to amend or cancel the Challenge at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.3. By participating in the Challenge, players agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules communicated by Deploy Football.


5. Media & Publicity

5.1. By entering the Challenge, participants grant Deploy Football the right to use their name, image, and likeness in promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns without additional compensation.

5.2. Deploy Football reserves the right to use all footage filmed during the Deploy 9 Net Challenge for future content.


6. Liability & Conduct

6.1. Deploy Football is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in the Challenge. Players are responsible for their own safety during the event.

6.2. Any participant found violating the rules or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct may be disqualified at Deploy Football’s discretion.


By participating in the Deploy Football 9 Net Challenge, players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
