Do you offer bulk discounts for clubs and schools?

What is your warranty and return policy?

All Deploy footballs include a12 month warrantyon stitching and bladder retention. If the ball doesn't hold up, we'll replace it with a like-value ball.

How long does shipping take?

For all "in stock" products, we aim to dispatch within one (1) business day. During peak periods, we aim to dispatch within two (2) business days.

We use Australia Post for all smaller deliveries, or specific couriers for larger bulk deliveries.

Select either standard shipping (2-5 days) or express shipping (1-3 days).

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

For large bulk club orders, shipping can be quite expensive. If an order is placed online, and the shipping costs are far higher than what you have paid, we will contact you directly to inform you of the increase.

Pick Up is available from Taren Point, Sydney.

Can I customise balls with our club logo?

Yes!

Deploy offers custom footballs for clubs. This includes a design with your clubs logo, sponsors logos and your clubs colours. Check out all the detailed information here.

What age group is the T-Spec suited for?

The T-Spec is a Junior Training Ball and suited for any junior player. Whilst many clubs and teams do use the T-Spec for senior teams, we would not recommend this ball for seniors. The T-Spec is a cushioned and lighter ball specifically designed for junior progression.

The T-Spec comes in 4 sizes:
- Size 2 = 2-5 years
- Size 3 = 5-9 years
- Size 4 = 10-13 years
- Size 5 = 14 years and older

How durable is the T-Spec training ball?

The T-Spec is a machine stitched training ball that used a high grade TPU outer layer. This means it can withstand extended periods of standard junior football training on grass surfaces. If cared for correctly, pumped correctly, stored dry and not used on hard surfaces, you should get at least two seasons out of your T-Spec footballs.
